Dorothy Lee Simpson

Dorothy Simpson, age 79, of Chicago formerly of Arkadelphia went into eternal glory on July 6, 2013 in Chicago. She was born August 25, 1933 in Arkadelphia the daughter of the late Charlie and Jessie Dickerson.

Dorothy was a retired employee of the United States Postal Service and a Baptist.

Survivors include her beloved husband, Fred and five devoted children: Deborah, Fredrick, Jr., Penelope, Bonita, and Reginald: Eleven grandchildren and one grandson; One sister, Sarah Stewart.

Graveside service will be Saturday at 11 A.M. at the Holly Grove Cemetery under the direction of Mitchell Funeral Home. Visitation at the funeral home will be from 12 to 3 P.M.
