Easter Betty Pigg, 99, of Dallas, Texas formerly of Arkadelphia, AR was called home to glory Wednesday April 17 in Dallas. She was born December 11, 1913 in Arkadelphia the daughter of the late Tom and Sonfornie Blackson. She was a wonderful homemaker and a member of the Church of the living God in Vaden.
She leaves to cherish her memories one son, Doyle Pigg of Edmund, Oklahoma; Two daughters, Delois Briscoe and Shirley Oliver both of Dallas, Texas; 19 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 15 great great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Saturday April 27 at the Church of the living God in Vaden with Bishop Roosevelt Pigg officiating. Burial and final resting place will be in Vaden cemetery under the direction of Mitchell Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12 to 7 P.M. at the funeral home. Family hour will be from 5 to 7 P.M.
