Freddie Mae Buford

Freddie Mae Buford, 77, of Burtsell left this life and went into eternal glory Thursday August 15, 2013 in Mercy hospital in Hot Springs, AR.

She was born October 18, 1935 in Arkadelphia the daughter of the late Johnny and Sallie Mitchell. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Clair Baptist Church in Burtsell.

Survivors include one son, Kim (Yvonne) Buford of Okolona and one daughter, Sallie (Jonnie) Smith of Gurdon: Two sisters, Naomi Buckley of Lansing, Michigan and Norma Jean Stafford of Dallas, Texas: Five grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Tuesday August 20, 2013 at 11 A.M. at the St. Clair Baptist Church at Burtsell with Rev. D.R. Crossley officiating. Burial will be in St. Clair cemetery at Burtsell under the direction of Mitchell Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 9 to 7 P.M. Monday August 19, 2013.
