We wait in hope for the Lord; He is our help and our shield, in him our hearts rejoice, For we trust in his holy name, May your unfailing love be with us, Lord, Even as we put our hope in you. - Psalm 33:20-22
George Kevin Nolen was born to Elder G.C. and Missionary Annie Nolen on January 12, 1965 in Arkadelphia, AR. It was there that he spent his childhood, and graduated from Arkadelphia High School in 1983. George met the love of his life, Vivian Macon in high school. Vivian and George were married on August 29, 1992, and they were married happily for twenty-three years. George was a faithful member of the New Hope Church of God in Christ.
George was an avid driver, and so after obtaining his CDL licensure he began his driving career with Nolen Trucking. He was a bus driver for the Arkadelphia Public School for a short time and later a driver for B&T Pallet.
George enjoyed fishing, tinkering with and repairing cars, and spending time with his family. He was an outgoing, people person who fit the perfect description of the famous quote, "To know him, is to love him".
