Gladys Ingram Obituary

Gladys Mae Ingram was born in the winter on February 22, 1922 in Bluff City, Arkansas but brought a warm smile to her parents Jim and Mattie Purify.

Gladys found the Lord at an early age. She united with St. John Missionary Baptist Church and was a faithful member. She was a homemaker, a member of Southern Stars Singers of Bluff City, Senior Choir Director, and Mission President.

Her works ended as she went to be with the Lord on Thursday Feberuary 9, 2012 at St. Vincent Hospital, Little Rock, Arkansas.

She leave to cherish her loving memories two sons, Rev. Wallace Ingram his wife Mary of Prescott, AR; Teodis Ingram his wife Sonya of Sheridan, AR; one daughter, Ruthie Ingram of San Antonia, TX;
four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and many relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be Tuesday February 14 at 1:00 P.M. at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, Bluff City, Arkansas with Rev. Wallace Ingram Offiant/Eulogist.

Committal and final resting place will be in St. John Cemetery under the direction of Mitchell Funeral Home Arkadelphia, Arkansas.

Visitation is Monday February 13, from 12 noon to 7:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
