Quotes by Jonathan Newburn

“If you don’t know where you came from, you definitely don’t know where you're going !”

“It's not where you been but where you are at .”

“I stand for something, so I don’t fall for anything!”

“You got to know better, to do better “

A time to be born....Jonathan Stanley Newburn was born in Downey, California on August 30th,1985. He was the first Boy welcomed into the family after his two older sisters Erica and Kimberly. As an only boy, he was the life of the party. He was a sparkle in everyone's eye. He spent his childhood being a young creator and craftsman. He loved building things with Legos and Kinects until he found a love for go-carts and cars. After the age of seven, he welcomed two siblings, Toy and Eric.

A time to harvest....Growing up Jonathan had a place in everyone's heart. He was the brother that his siblings could depend on. There was never a moment when he was not needed, it was just nice seeing his smile. He had a laugh that warmed the hearts of many. His mind was so intelligent, we all took away something from the knowledge he would share. He was the go-to for anything his family needed. He was always there and always supportive. He had such dedication and love for his family. He later moved to Washington state with his sisters, where he flourished in the warehouse industry. He was a hard worker, there was never a job he couldn’t do. Jonathan was always up for a challenge. He dreamed of working as a Fisherman on the crab Boats.  He later became an uncle to three girls and two boys. He had a special relationship with all of them.

A time to depart....On October 12, 2021, Jonathan surrendered his soul and now rests. He was preceded by His grandmother Mildred holland and Father Stanley Newburn.  Jonathan leaves behind a mother (Sophia) and his four siblings (Erica, Kimberly, Toy, Eric). His Nieces and Nephews (Ah’mira,  Dailen, Kysen, Tari’yah, Toiana-Lynn). His Heart and memories will always shine inside of us
