Victor Everett 'Charley' Williams was born on June 11, 1955 in Clark County Memorial Hospital to Jesse and Parthena Williams.
Victor sought Christ at an early age and was baptist at St. Paul A.M.E. Church. He attended and graduated from Arkadelphia Senior High School with the Class of 1973. He was also a member of the Arabian Knight Society.
Victor's first job was with Brown & Root in South Carolian and later in various towns in Texas. Victor's last jobs were with S & J Construction where he became friends with Bob, Kathy & John Middleton. Victor spent his last days helping Melissa at her Antique Shop on Hwy. 70 getting ready for an Estate Sale.
The Lord called Victor home on June 10, 2010. Siblings who preceded him in death: two brothers, Wilbert F. & Bruce M. Williams and brother-in-law Howard Henderson, Jr.
Victor leaves to cherish his memories: parents, Mr. & Mrs. Jesse Williams, Sr. (Arkadelphia, AR), speial friend: Rouvenda 'Cookie' Sims (Arkadelphia, AR), her son: Carl D. Anderson; and her granddaughter: Carlia D. Anderson (Arkadelphia, AR); sister-in-law: Ostene Williams (Houston, TX); three sisters: Belinda Henderson, Mary Daly and Joyce Williams (Little Rock, AR); and three brothers: Jesse Jr.(Ramona) of (Sugar Land, TX); K.L. Williams (Hot Springs, AR); and a host of Uncles, Aunts, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.
Funeral Services held Saturday, June 19, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Paul A.M.E. Church, Arkadelphia, AR.
